Good. Quinn couldn't even decide on who to play with each other this season. Seriously...Name me our top line. You can't. It changed every friggen game!
His time is up...He couldn't deliver...The game has changed; Quinn hasn't.
The friggin guy puts Jason Allison in a shoot out three times in a row...Kilger, hardest shot on the team (over 100 mph), scores in his only shootout attempt and he doesn't give him another chance. We lost something like 3 out of the 10 shootouts we were in...if we got half of those, maybe we'd be in the playoffs.
I'm sick of Quinn. Can ya tell?

Ummmm....I don't think so. Do you not remember he coached Carolina/Hartford for almost 10 years.
I think he's ready. If they don't put him in then why did he take the Marlies job in the first place? He's an NHL calibre coach and his time should start now.

Also, look at all of the younger players that got called up and flourished for us in the games they were played. All of those guys were playing for Paul Maurice prior to being called up, so, if JFJ is smart enough to give them a chance next year, they'll feel right at home.

Paul Mauriced coached Carolina Hurricanes, outskated and outscored a pat quinn toronto maple leaf team in the eastern conference finals to go onto the stanley cup finals...
whoever the new coach is...build the team according to his style of hockey, dont patch players in thinking they will adapt...

great move imo.
paul maurice is an awesome coach and has done a wicked job with the marlies (and with some hurricanes players in the past)
its time for maurice to move in! jfj definitly made MANY stupid moves off season (and recently signing kilger!), but quinn needed to go. all i can say is
quinn has let sundin deteriorate. gauranteed if sundin leaves, he will be an all star again, simply cuz any other coach will not let him play with loser line mates like kilger, hogland...etc.
leafs need a legitmate goal scorer/playmaker to play with sundin.
...domi NEEDS to go next.
