Hi all,

Berlin is indeed one of the most interesting cities in Berlin in respect to culture and arts, as well as science and architecture. (and there are plenty of hondas around).

Thank you regarding the rudi comments. My first car was red and I had originalley planned on painting Rudi Jr. red but then I though just red accents would do for me. So I kept him silver.

He will probably stay silver although I saw a Toyota just recently with an odd color which I though might not be too bad either but might be conflicting with my silver rims and .... argh, decisions decisions.

Yes, I put the pedals in cause I thought it would look nice on the red carpet. If the darn red carpeting wasn't such an expensive replacement (400 EUR) I would consider getting a brand new factory carpet ....

I reupholstered the door panels and the middle armrest with black perforated alcantara ... which looks nice (and factory-outfitted).

The back seat is a combination of a ep ek and eg. I have used the headrest of an EP3R from the UK (they were the only ones that had head rests in Europe) and EP3R German bench, EG foam padding for the backs and EK frame for the backs and EP3R materials to upholster everything (I sewed it myself).

The EP3R red recaros are hard to find. I paid 1000 EUR for them. That is their going rate in EUROPE. Cheaper in Great Britain but they are on an island and it is kinda difficult to get them over to Germany. I did go with a fanatic friend of mine whose English is non-existent to the UK just to pick up a set of ATR black recaros (that match the normal EP3 interior --- black with silver mesh) .... it was fun but a heck of a trip.

the red ek carpet? part number 83301-S03-Z00ZB ... that carpet for 250 USD or CAD? New? That seems hard to believe. Heck, I might consider to ask you to have one shipped to me ;-) If it is that cheap, wouldn't it be easier to get the pp kit over there?

hey, your german is excellent ... well your orthography sucks but you wrote as you speak and that is just fine. Have fun in Germany ... I am not much of a soccer fan to be honest.
