Can't my '90 DX running

Well I can't get this POS started. My boss wants it runnung and moved for the winter. Tryed boosting the battery, nada. Borrowed a battery from lordm, nada. Tryed boosing that, nada. I can't figure what's wrong. The warning lights and everything come on, even the beep. But the car doesn't even try to crank over. Turn the key and nothing. I put a couple $ of gas in just in case cause i know it was low, but it didn't matter.

Any ideas? The car was running when I got it in the summer, moved it around here a couple time, but it's pretty much been sitting since August. I have to move it in for the winter cause it's in the way our snow plow guy. Don't wanna spend $ to fix it cause at the moment I'm not sure if it's getting built as a project car or not. Any help is appreciated.

Could Be the Starter, but this could be one of a thousand problems...But again if there is sufficient power to the starter and its in good condition it should still turn over...

Check out the main fuses and relays under the hood.
If all else fails and its standard, bump start it.

if that doesn't work, try putting a new engine in it..

geeze.. love hearing all the vague suggestions.

A common thing can be the main relay in the 4th gens.. When you turn the key to ignition do you hear the fuel pump prime and the Otherwise if the relay clicks and fuel pump primes, check for spark! pull out a spark plug wires, do the screwdriver touch and have someone crank it for a split second.. you should see a spark.. If you don't that means there's something wrong ith the distributor.. In that case, the most common thing will be the iginitor coil.. Get a haynes manual and follow it to remove the dizzy components..
main relay click? (Right when the engine light dissapears is when you should hear the click sound..) If you DON'T hear it you need to fix the main relay.. There was a site dedicated to this.. maybe 92eghb(err.. I think that's the name) can post it for ya...
