Car VS Animal Picture (warning)

When I was in Thailand about 10 years ago, I remembered them bringing in a live snake and hung it on a tree, then two professional snake meatmen would come and grab the snake to prevent it from moving. A third meatman would then enter the stage and, using a blade, cut the skin of the snake from his neck to the tail, and open it up for the visitors to see its interior. At the end of the show, they would cut out the liver (or something else, I forgot lol) and put it immediately into a wine cup (with wine inside) for consumption. Visitors would then bid for this cup of wine to drink. After this, the snake will be left there on the tree to die.
