Yes it is great costume, if fact I had it on when i was renting chairs for my halloween party and they guy liked it so much he gave me the chairs for only $1.25 each!

But seriously i rented them for $1.45, but the cheapest chairs even smal weak folding ones. From this crappy little rental place on queenesway and kipling. It was a few years ago, I don't even tho if they are there anymore

Go to a department store (Walmart, Zellers, etc) and buy them. Return them when you're done. Just give then an excuse that your tables didn't arrive and you had to cancel your event.
