i took some pics at the smallest resolution... dono who changed it on the cam but i only realized after i got back, i really want to print most of these pictures at a photo place on some nice paper and get prints made, but i want to know if its possible to make the pics sharper when printing them

the pics were shot in 640x 480 res and i want them in 1024x768 or the next one higher up

640x480 is smaller than a 4x6 print...so when they are printed they are gonna come out pixleated a bit...try test printing one at home and see how it comes out

depends on what size, i'm sure you could print them out actual size and they'd look fine... as long as the pic is 300dpi it'll look fine at actual size... but any bigger it's gonna pixelate like a ****

in my experience they are gonna come out pixleated...the actual document size of a 640x480 image is only like 2.6"x3.6"...so if u were to resize that to 4"x6" there is gonna be quality loss, edges will unclear and fuzzy, dark areas will be noisy and just overall a not too good lookin picture

yea 1024x768 is good for 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 and u could squeeze a 10x12 out of it too with minimal quality loss
