cheap hair salons
my friend was gonan streak my hair but she keeps flopping like a bitch..does any1 know a cheap hair place i could go to do it..or does any1 do it here?

Go to supercuts I think, theyre pretty ghetto.

Or one of those hairdresser colleges, they give a haircut for abotu $5, so I'm guessing they could maybe streak it too?

Jingles
Theres a place Called Jingles on Pt Union between lawrence and 401 in a plaza, they do a good job, reasonable prices and the girls there, for the most part are knockouts

This place I used to go to in First Markham charges around $80.00 per hair (just cutting), but u get wicked hair, maybe try it if u want!!
