one thing to remember, there are hot hot *** girls and women who at one point were a dude but u guys would never believe that they were dudes cause they look so hot and now look at

basically they make a hole and turn ur cack inside out lol...somthin like that and fill the hole with what used to be ur cack, reroute some plumbing and whatnot and voila...oh u also have to take estrogen pills and all that crap which shrinks ur cack and makes u have a girly voice, grows u some tatas and other women like mods
