Has anybody seen this new Honda commercial with all the done-up Civics in downtown L.A.

The commercial pretty much starts off with a stock Civic and then panes out to thousands of Civics on a downtown street in L.A.

I'm just wondering if anyone has this video??

I don't know, but those streets look alot like Montreal actually. Maybe LA.

And the song gives props to Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto I think.

its not in la. its a canadian commercail. like its says montreal toronto, vancover.. no the max boost civic isnt in it

That commercial was originally shown in the US last year. I think they just dubbed in the Canadian city names at the end for our version of the same commercial, but it may very well be filmed in LA.

I don't know what city the commercial was shot in, but just because it's gives props to Canadian cities at the end of it doesn't mean that it was necessarily shot in Canada.

Just think of all those Hollywood movies that shoot here and have Toronto or Vancouver substituting for US cities like Chicago, NYC and the like.

yea i actually just saw that commercial on tv the other day and i was like "WOW!"

My guess is it's in LA, where else are you going to find that many done up cars like that.

Toronto maybe has 5 civics like that.

What a stupid commercial. Honda North America is nothing but a bunch of corporate goons trying to appeal to the young ricer market. If they really cared about the scene, they would bring over real performance cars that the rest of the world gets (ie. JDM-spec ITR, EK9 CTR, EP3 CTR, EDM Accord, etc.).

Corporate Goons??? I would call this strategic marketing.

Tell me why Honda would really care about the scene? Everything has already been done in the public without marketing by Honda. Honda, previous to this whole import craze, never once marketed the Civic model as a sports car or as high-performance vehicle. They saw that there is a market out there now and they are just realizing that it would be stupid of them not to take advantage of this money making. I think Honda is playing it very smart.
