Coasters? I use left over stock of slate tiles from when I redid my bathroom. It works great. All you really need to do is buy some felt tape and tape it to the back sides of em. They look stylish and go perfectly with my bathroom, kitchen and deck.

everytime me and my buddy hit up a bar we grab a few different types for his little bar at home.... got maybe 250 of them... been collecting for a year or 2 now

his bar is sweet, the table is a 350 chev block painted black with 4 pistons holding a glass table top over it and 2 end tables made out of 18" chrome wheels, lol

water will still drip off the glass...then onto your pants or shirt...tile absorbs not

Who puts a coaster on their pants? Coasters where designed to protect coffee tables from moisture...back in the 1950s...not your pants...I've got something better for you...how about a towel...that'll work best for ya. LOL

no man, ur not gettin it...have u even been to a patio, or out in the backyard with a cold drink when its hot outside? then u would undertand the need for an absorbant coaster...so the condensation that accumulates on the glass drips off when u pick up the glass the condenation drips on your pants/shirt whatever...now with a bar coaster this doesnt happen like it would with a slate/glass/finished wood coaster...this is also the reason stella artois makes the skirts for their glasses...c'mon man
