lots of vitamin c......orange juice and vitamin c pills. then get some rest. most drugs just suppress the symptoms. vitamin c will help your immune system.

ok, what you do is get a cup of coffee and mix in 2 parts of baileys and one part JD. Drink that sucker down.

wait 10 mins.

If your not feeling any better than repeat the above steps 5 more times.

Trust, you'll be good to go!

actually a shot of hard liquor will help.

alcohol kills bacteria... gargle with vodka or whatever, then swallow it. gargle as long as you can.

getting drunk will not help. a bit of booze, yes.

make sure you do not take any medication with acetaminophen if you're drinking liquor. Every so often in my completely unlicensed opinion is okay, but it's hard on your liver.

it will help you sleep though.

excersize helps colds too... for me at least.. gets the blood moving....

screw meds,
drink tea and eat fruits with vitamin C, then have a few shots of some rum or brandy before you go to bed (Straight or on the rocks with water, not mixed)
cold will be gone in no time

works for me everytime... take the nyquil liquid gels then sleep and everytime you wake up take more nyquil(if its been at least 4 hours) then go back to sleep and keep repeating.. you'll feel less sick everytime you wake up... works for me... and whenever you feel hungry get someone to make you soup... either lipton chick noodle or some other kind... works everytime... seriously...

Yeah I don't drink, and I can't even think of exercise right now. I get lots of walking in at work, but I couldn't even get out of bed this morning.

Also, I'm never one to take drugs, cause they never work for me. Normally I just work through the cold, but I have to get back to work, and it's a physical job, so have to feel better for tommorrow. I'll try the tea and soup and juice and stuff.
