Ugh, yes those tests are a waste of time and money. And I know the feeling, I already have a college diploma and they make you do the test anyways. I had to write an essay about the lengths that women go to to look beautiful to society's standards - Wrong topic for me ha ha!

Did you go to clown college??

I've been to college twice, and both programs required me to do the mandatory tests. What program did you take??? I'm curious to see what program requires no testing.

ok, I just realized why I took the test both times I went to college. I took a year off after high school. I didn't apply through my high school, so that's probably why I did it both times.

I just finished graphic design at seneca@york, I dunno why you'd need to do another english test though.. you can probably get exempted from EAC150 if you've already completed english at another college.

As for parking... i'll put this out there since im done, but its really easy to scam =)futureshop gift cards used to work, but no longer do since we've done it too much and they've caught on. But you can pay for parking using a cancelled credit card.. cards usually last a week or so before they block it. If you got friends who drive, up to 3 cars (we've never tried more than 3) can exit using one ticket if you run a train, bumper to bumper hahah! Don't worry too much about the people in the booths.. they dont really care cuz they're student workers.

Screw the system.. $14/day is ridiculous...
anyway, good luck and have fun in school lol!

Hell NO!
I lived there (cincinnati, ohio) when i was 16-21.
Born in canada, i ain't no uhmerican.
I graduated from high school down there, and still had to take entrance exams when i went to college (for graphic design, waste of time).
Whats even ghey-er is that i went down there half way through grade 11, and down thurr i had to take the grade 9 proficiency tests, which are basically high school entrance exams, even though i was already in grade 11. Then the following year when i graduated, i had to take the grade 12 proficiency exams, which are basically high school exit exams, then the college entrance exams that following fall. Talk about ghey-*** waste of time stuff, i had to do it 3 times all within 2 years.
Man those grade 9 US history and geography exams were hard, i learned canadian history and geography the whole time i was in school. The grade 12 tests were even harder.
