Compressor

Ok, for xmas Im asking for a compressor. Just a general, everday type one, cause I want to get my feet wet with air tools

I was looking around today and saw some at wal mart, with like 3 gallon drums for under $300. They looked pretty good for a starter one.

Anything I should look at when I buy one?

I want to use tools like cut off wheels, impact wrench, drills, air wrench, and probbaly a spray gun for some light painting.

thanks.

Its easy to figure out, there is a CFM rating on both the compressor and on each tool you would like to use. Make sure that the compressor that you are looking at will handle more than what you currently want though. I have gone through several compressors because, like Tim says, you always end up needing more power. For your painting you will want a moisture trap as well.
