Let me ask you this, I was reading it, and it said something about the program not allowing to get my IP, i'm pretty sure that XP has some sort of built in firewall, how do I remove it ?

Norton internall error? I think your windows is pretty much toast bud.. Time for new format..
I'm not saying you can't recover from this, but it'll never be the same.. like a car with frame damage.. heh.. It's seems like whatever it is has ****** all over and most likely u will NOT be able to remove it from everywhere.. Do yourself a favour and re-format.. re-install all the IMPORTANT things then get NORTON GHOST and make a ghost cd.

Try to reinstall Norton, if it doesen't work then i'll give you link to scan your entire system online b/c theres probably a virus or worm that messed up ur registery or some important system files that must be removed.. Then run adware and spyware search and destroy b/c you may have caught something that is stopping u from loading those executables. If all of those options don't work then it's time for a format.
