the problem is that i bought it off some person but he just gave me the mp3 player and headphones....no CD no usb cable or any instructions on how to load the firmware. everytime i turn it on it freezes right when the creative logo comes on thats it.

so what u plan on doing once u get the software ? tape the mp3 player to ur tower to xfer the music over ?

well the problem is that i cant even start the player....i guess i need the drivers first for my computer to reconize the player...then i can charge is while i transfer the music....i already have a usb cable..just need the software...i cant do anything without the CD.

any suggestions on how i can gian that cd???

what if i go to futureshop and be like i lost the package...can you guyz order me a software packege minus the player...you think they will help me out with that???

send an email to the company saying you lost the cd with packaging. the compacy that made it would more likely get you the cd than futureshop imo

buy the Player from Future shop..open it up and return it without the Cd.

usually they come with data cable, so you can install software, upgrades etc
