alright the term has slipped my mind....
i'm looking for a crime that has been dismissed in the past where the reason of being dismissed is that the person unknowingly did the crime
i.e. multiple personality ( very difficult) or sleep walking
Iknow of one where a man got away wih murder because heclaimed that he slept walked .. from bed to his vehicle drove 20 miles killed his mother in law drove back and crawled into bed....
i'm looking for a story similar to that.. sleep would be good as well..
if anyone knows anyhting let me know

I do recall about 2 months ago from the Toronto Sun that some wacko went to a party and met this girl. They got wasted and they went back to her place and he past out. The next thing she knew was he was humping away on top of her as she was struggling to get him off. All of this while he was sleeping. That was the reason he got off because it was some sort of sleep disorder. He even had time to put on his condom while asleep. And the funny thing is the court bought his story and he's scotts free. Look it up. It stuck in my mind because it was so far fetch.
