My buddy bought a 98 CTR, its being imported within the month... but this car will have the B16B, not the B16a.
I'm tryin to find him a chasis so he can swap all the parts over.

He can't insure a CTR even after it's imported. So hes transferring all the parts to a USDM chassis.

the red emblem placement and item is per JDM CTR he's just being correct in replicating the real deal. And the wheels are supposed to be white.

sir168, I can't say where I found it cuz that would be spam. sorry

I never said it wasn't per JDM CTR spec, I said I didn't care for it whether it was per spec or not. Just not my style.

Tman, you are correct, no matter what the car... if it's not sold in North America, it's not allowed to stay, period. I know cuz I was recently looking into importing a new UAZ from Russia.

I've seen nice early EKs for as low as $5500 with fair mileage (165K kms) so that would make a nice platform.

But honestly, I don't feel for the Made-In-Japan look... I mean it has its merit, but I guess some people like it because it isn't available in North America. I do feel for quality Japanese aftermarket products, though. But I wouldn't try my effort to make my car look like a stock Japan factory Civic.

I am sure people can do better then that. Show some creativity yo!
