What print server?

Have you removed the printer and reinstalled?

What port is the printer printing to currently?

What OS'es??

You need to remove that printer and reinstall it as a network printer.

You aren't printing cause you are using the old settings.

Is there a reset or diag switch that when you hold it down a settings page is sent to the printer?

Are you using static ip or DHCP?

The 714P is the one with the printer port at the back of it...

Make sure you've set up the printer to print using a network printer and not a local printer... cuz the printer is no longer local.

Try deleting the printer off your computer.. and reinstalling it as a network printer.

Removed the printer, reinstalled, but still not printing. Think I installed incorrectly -- not as a network printer.

Can anybody walk me through the Network printer setup? I have to name the printer and my name is incorrect -- get the red X...

Thanks, and my apologies for newbness

Anthony, give me a call this week. I can probably get it working for you... and I'm in the area daily now.
