I keep getting this crap on McAfee saying i got a virus but it cant get rid of it. I try to delete the file manually but the access rights come up and i cant do it. The virus is BackDoor-AXJ and im so pissed cus i cant do **** without McAfee coming up. Who are these dumbasses that make this **** and just make our lives ****ing hell? Anybody know how to get rid of this ****, please let me know how. Thanks

Make sure you have administrative priviledge..

Run norton.

delete it through safe mode.

that should make it not in use and u should be able to delete it

haha i had the same problem.. it would tell you that it cannot be deleted and i couldn't delete manually as well.. but if you run the scan itself it will quarantine it.... so just run a full system scan that should get rid of it

Get norton it is a lot better. Sometime they say that you have a virus but wont delete it. Therefore you must delete it manually. GO through your files, which it wil say how to get to it, and delete it.

viruses are my friend...cuz I fix computers and I get money/beer for that and 90% of the time its gettin fixed cause of virus damage!

I do much of the same for lawyers, doctors, and private schools..

I find SPYWARE is a bigger issue than viruses currently..

how do i run my computer in safe mode?

boot the computer up or restart if its on, and just keep pressing F8 till you get a list with a few options, select boot in safe mode
