or Dr. Bernstien
I've read multiple stories of people dying on Dr. Bernstein, but this could be contributted to the fact that its meant for people who are at a serious high risk weight. like over 100lbs (overweight).
I dunno, not worth the money or the starvation to me, If I wanted to starve myself I would do it for free at home

im gonna have to agree, i think it might be easier for me as im still young and its easier to watch my weight, but grade 8 to 9 i was disapointed with myself, 100 sit ups and as many pushups a night are doing the trick for me now, its been 4 months since i started, i do them almost every night unless im tired or aching from other activities (rare hah) its pretty easy once you make it a habit, good luck.

I agree, no one should go on any of these stupid diets that are advertised.
Dude all you have to do is exercise regularely, eat healthy and just be active even if u're not exercising. Go for a run every other day, do sit ups at home, play sports.
And don't exercise and then eat fast food because that doesn't do anything, because whatever you just burned will be back w/ the fast food intake!
And Dr. Berstein IS a semi-starvation diet. One of my friends was on it and he was really weak all the time and he blacked out once when we were all hanging out. So it's no good.
Healthy living, is a healthy diet, being active, being stress free and being happy.

these diets are for people who are extremely overweight and depression hits...
your diet is 70% of everything...
u want to lose weight, do some cardio... its called discipline... it will be hard, lay off the booze... especially beer! and lay off the chips.. instead munch on some carrots to keep you full... i could go on buts almost 4am and im tired

There are other ways medically that are a bit safer as well. I need to loose some weight, as anyone who has met me knows, And my doctor put me on Meridia, I haven't started taking it yet, as I want to go grocery shopping for healthy foods yet, but I plan to do Weight Watchers, (which btw is the only doctor reccomended weight loss plan out there) along with the meridia and the excersize and i should be good. Mind you I have a few health factors working against me and my weight, but I will overcome

go to the gym and go running. play a sport.
i hurt my hand and stopped training, then i stopped smoking, next thing i know, i had put on 30lbs.
i've been going to the gym for about 6 months now, i'm down a pant size, i've lost 10lbs, and i've put on a lot of muscle.
i also feel much better.
i don't look at my diet at all. like on monday i had a bacon mushroom melt and fries at wendys.
unplug your TV and start hauling ***.
you don't need to pay to get into shape.
