you should have reported the accident to the police
then the insurance company would/should find you not at fault
I had a deer hit me on miss rd. a few years back and all I had to pay was my deductible

insurance companies are a JOKE. You cant claim anything without them jacking up your premium sky high...and if gas prices arent bad enough you have to pay these jerks to do what? nothing because everyones scared to claim.
The only claim I would make is if I walked outside and my car was gone.
but that sucks you hit a deer with your new car

I had a severed deer head in a bucked in my garage.. my friend was working on his car there... his head was under the dash... i held the deer head from the antlers and put it right next to his head and made him look.
hahahahahaa
that was wicked.
I ended up skinning it, bleaching it till all the muscles were eating away to get the skull.
Now it's been painted bronze, has a tuppe' of deer hair and is hanging in my garage.
