Detox diet
Has anyoen ever tried one of those detox diets? There are different ones where you fast fro a few days, take different vitamins or herbs, drink lots of water/juice and only eat certain things.
A detox basically cleans all of the crap and toxins out of you body and supposedly makes you feel 100% better.

listen up closely, i will give you very deep and wise advice. It is complicated, and it might take you a few times to read over it to understand.
Eat healthy and don't put poison in your body.

it takes about a month to clean out your liver.
it takes about 3 months to clean up your stomach.

fast for 3 days and drink only a solution of water, lemon juice and cayan pepper. Tastes like garbage but cleans you right out. easy as pie. Don't go to GNC ever! and Don't take unecessary drugs
