Rick, what setting do you have your camera at? I think the highest resoluction you are allowed to post is 800X600. If I am not mistaken, your camera probably doesn't have an 800 X 600 mode so, setting it to 640 X480 for posting purposes might actually be best. If you took pics at a higher resolution then resized them, depending on software, may cause the pixelation you are talking about. Since I am no Camara/digital photo expert, this is just my guess. ryanhook probably can enlighten you more about improving this.....
Nice Camera BTW. I am not sure if I should tell you what I paid for my 3.2 megapixel Camera....well, it included a Li-Ion battery, charger, case, lens cleaner and even adding the 256 MB card, It worked out to be about $350 Canadian including taxes with the current Yen/$CDN exchange rate...
Well, the extra you paid is less than a plane ticket to Japan...

well for resolution i can do 640X480, 1024X768, 1600X1200, 2048X1536... with the 256 card i got i can do about 2600 pic on the lowest setting.... then if i put the "super fine" setting i goes does to like 900...
but all in all i'm happy with it... the big bonus with it is that in a year i can "break the camera and get a new one from future shop... then the year after same thing makes payin a bit more kinda worth it....
the videos are actually pretty decent too... on 640X480 i only get about 246 secs and thats most of a screen right there... (excellent for ****) then i can run it on 320X240 i get 726 secs... then the small one 160X120 i get a crazy amount
but all in all its a solid camera

Congrats on the new digi cam! I've been looking to get one myself and those are some mighty fine looking pics you took there. Yet another person in the Canon camp now!
