why not? at least they didnt delete it. it's already there and people have seen it. what more do you want? to start a flame war in the thread??

this is taken from the TCC forum rules (which you agreed to when you registered)

now... i understand you posted that so that everyone could see what danielzc wrote... great, we all saw it, then i closed it. Had it not been closed, danielzc wuld have posted a reply on it... then you would have replied... and so on..... until each one of you had called the other everyname in the book. So, to prevent anything like that from happening, it was locked.
Like I said before, if the two of you wish to argue, great... go ahead... but use the PM system...that's what it's there for. If you get a message like that again, instead of posting it in the forum... you can forward the message to any of the admin, who will deal with it accordingly.
hopefully this clears things up... if not hit me up on ICQ and i'll gladly discuss any concerns you might still have

sorry mods but I 100% agree with Erle on this one. When it comes to threats...no matter how hollow it is a time in which warnings should be handed out once..second time OOT WITH A BOOT....
By locking a thread as important as a death threat...is not dealing with the issue its putting it aside until it escalates
