busting also helps with allergies (stuffed nose)
I find it funny when you get people who don't take any pharmaceutical drugs becayse it's bad for their body, yet they eat fast food on a daily basis

because you won't be eatin preserved garbage on a daily basis which does way more damage than taking sudafed and some antibiotics once a year.
i eat out everyday as well. haha
but i'll pop pills when the time calls.
