If the Dock's noise level goes above 52 decibels then they can lose the license again until the court date they have set.

They hired people to monitor it now..

they had a thing on the news and on the island the reading was 51.7db

I can see the wannabee cop (security they hired) radio in hand telling the club.... "ok guys, you can bump it up a bit more. It's only 51.7db over here."

Hmm, I wonder what db meter they used, and what setting it was on? Was the wind going towards the island, or away?

the most noise they encountered was from a passing "party boat"...db levels at the docks itself outside the doors was around 60db
