Hi there

spracingsports here, if you get to LA ok and dont immediately want to go back, get a hold of me and we can meet up...

if you have no reason to go to LA, just want to go for the fun of it for the trip to southern cali, may i reccomend Santa Barbara instead.....its a lil more north (like 2.5 hours) and it is way more beautiful, plus there is awesome beach!!!

make sure your alignment is in good order before leaving or you might need to buy tires while down there

good advice Rick!

Stay alert at the wheel, check tire pressures and fluid levels at each stop... and bring a car charger for your celly!

I went to Florida a while back, went to BC before that... even drove to Costa Rica.... haha kidding about the last one

I drove to Alberta ...

make sure you have the regular maintenance parts incase something breaks...

then again I also went to alberta to race so I had 5 extra tires (4 for the race) 2 spare drive shafts, extra oil ... enough bolts and nuts to assemble another honda civic... I had rad fliud and brake fliud spare brake pads ... everything I could think of I had spare spark plugs and clutch/ flywheel/pressure plate.... I had spare wires and a whole distributor assembly and 2 spare ingition coils...

I drove there a couple of years ago a few times actually. It'll take you about 3 1/2 - 4 days. The last 2 days are kinda boring cuz you're just driving through the desert (New Mexico, Las Vegas, California), and it feels like its never gonna end.
