Does anyone else get dry eyes from working in front of a computer all day?

I don't know for sure why my eyes have been dry lately, could be allergies, dry air, air conditioning....etc..

anyone else have this problem?

 

i do..

but only when i have my contacts on
so i keep visine near by

 

I have real tears visine, works...but i hate dry eyes

 

i have visine

for other reasons though

 

visine make one of my buddys go colour blind its whack

 

when you work stare at a computer screen you don't blink as much that is why you need to take periodic naps at work.....rest your eyes

 

you need to rest...sleep
