No, Italy speaks Italian while Romania speaks Romanian. They are both Latin languages, and somewhat similar, but they are not the same.

It's like saying that Portuguese and Spanish are the same language. They are similar in many ways, but definitely not the same.

damn...im glad to know some ppl here are actually educated or actually give a damn about the world. 07Ex is absolutely right, and all the damn gypsies that lived in romania(just like there are millions in all the other countries in europe) have moved to Italy and Spain since Romania adhererd to the EU. so there you go....gypsy problem, partly solved, now they're just giving us a bad name...shlammed, u better read up on stuff before u say smth stupid again. knowledge is power...

we are all ****ing around on here and if u took us serious (ie that Romania and Italy are the same country or same language) then it's you that needs to educate yourself on humor.
