Exotic Food

I'm bored at work...so bare with me..... what is the most exotic food you've ever eaten? Or what would you like to try?

Personaly...I haven't had anything exotic except sushi
But I'd like to try eel. Aparently it's really good or so I've been told. Same as alligator.
Anyways, lets here it. If you can't come up with anything....lets hear the most discusting thing you've ever eaten.

the best way to cope with being bored at work is to leave

as for exotic food, I'm picky. Meat and potatoes only please....cow meat.

The gator was served as appetizer's at a function I went to years ago downtown, it was really soft and the tast wasn't that different than chicken, just a lot tender.

Damn! Now I'm hungry and stuck at work! Oh well, I'm out in less than half an hour.
Brian, do you know of anywhere that sells gator? I really want to try it.

I've had alligator before, I was down in florida at the time. It tasted like chicken but had the same texture as pork. Quite odd.

I've had shark(not impressed), escargot(meh), sushi(want my food cooked please) as well as oxtail(not bad).

Nothing can compare to a good prime-rib or steak, but that's just my personal taste.
