do you think it's toxic mold? gross. i did an assignment once on the financial implications of toxic mold. i dont remember anything from it. but it's nasty stuff. all i remember is high temp + humidity for longer than 24 h is a breeding ground for mold. if that stuff u took pics of is mold, then yeah, you're most likely exposed to the mold spores. but dont know if it's toxic mold.

that doesn't look to bad, i think your going overkill

install and exhaust fan first to remove moisture when showering, dont rely on the window only

stop having hot showers, I know you like them because it brings back memories of when you were hot and steamy with you guy pals, but try and avoid it

opening the window in cold weather during a hot shower is the worst...instant condensation...also those old *** windows arent helping the matter all drafty and such...seal them up or get new windows

fans are key...turbo exhaust fan get that steam out...and if possible get the fan installed in the actual shower itself so the steam doesnt get a chance to leave that area

and I'm sure that rag of a curtain does no help by retaining the moisture up against the trim...if u want privacy with that window just buy some adhesive frost for the glass or get some mini blinds
