hey,
last nite I sold my T68i faceplate to this guy and we met up and he gave me $20.

I put it under my ultra violet light, no watermarks or anything shows up, i tried wiping the bill on white normal paper no inks comes off. any other way to see if its fake?

Try to feel the paper for raised letters.

the reflective thing should change between green and...i think gold when u move it around...

To see if its a fake bill, try putting water on the bill. If it was a printed bill, the water drop should smudge the ink. I have never tried this myself, but this just struck my mind!

First try and see if its fake, then deal it out with the person that gave it to you, or even the cops.

Nah, they'll just take the bill from you. I used to work at a bank and every once in awhile we would see counterfeits. By law they can't give it back, but unless you are purposely trying to pass it off, they won't call the cops.

Yea dont go to the bank, they'll take it away from you, the ultraviolet thing is the best way to check it.

to be certain just goto mcdonalds and buy a mcflurry with it and your problem is solved... you may want to wipe your prints off it if the cops have you prints on file though

I say use it at a restaurant, drop it in with your bill and leave... sucks, but even fake money has to flow through the economy..

look for the little green dots first and then check if the reflective sticker goes from green to gold, the waves on the bills are actually little "20" prints, and the writing behinf the big "20" print should say "bank of canada or banque of canada" in small letters
