the big 20 is raised, and ya the waves are little 20's. what else, water might smudge it but it won't always... only the really cheap ones, also the little blue flecks that are on most 20's are little drops of wax and you should be able to peel them off with your finger nails and the colour should come up with it

The tell tale thing is the holographic sticker in the right corner. 
Also, a lot of the patterns/pictures on the bill are made up of tiny letters and numbers. Someone else posted what they were, so read their post.

yea i did try it with the ultra violet thing its basically the same thing someone posted but just not made the same style,
I also know my stuff about money. I know words a little twenty
someone saw fake bills everything was the same except ink couldnt rub off,
