Ah you guys haven't been on here for long enough to understand bruce. He likes stiring up the pot. Most likely he won't come by to this thread and if he does he'll just deny everything you said. So don't take things from him personally nor seriously.

i feel so stupid for starting this post.. what a great way to change the topic into something completely off topic..
and it's a shame that it's gotta come from members that have been on the forum for quite some time... didn't expect that...
sucks how i can't make a post with something to do with tamils.. and not having this topic brought up..
anyhow khilladi-civic.. good to know at least somebody is on the same page as i am..

I cant believe i would find something like this on this forum...
honestly, you know what...people need to first understand the topic before going on and writing stupid stuff. Just cuz u feel that ur some kind of a philosopher doesnt make u one...and honest to God..this Bruce Fee kid sounds so ignorant..and those who agreed to his stupidity too...
im glad you brought up the history on Sri Lanka..cuz u know what...this world doesnt get much exposer to third world nations....now that Haitti got hit by an Earthquake, Chile got hit by an Earthquake, people in the western world were on alert to see if Hawaii is going to get hit by a Tsunami, but when Indonesia got hit by a major earthquake no one even gave a warning to these third world countries for a Tsunami alert...again tis all goes back to, Media..media runs ****..and as long as there's ignorant ppl out there, the oppressed will always be under struggle...
Really, the DVP incident, as much as it looks stupid on Tamils, it was an effort out of desperation..and im sure ppl would do that same..or has done similar things like protesting infront of queens park for a solution in places like Berma, Palastine, even in some poor countries in Africa...
my point is...ppl need to stop trying to sound smart and actually understand a topic before they run their mouth..cuz this topic started off with a fat joke and now eventually became a racist thing..and it all started from the same guy who argued that this was simply a fat joke and not a derogatory thing. neways...im glad we have a few ppl in here that have some common sense and...my hats off to u CLIMAX for going out of ur way to explain the situation...cheers
