Favourite camping spots

Never been to mcgregor, but for the most part... most sites are like that... basic driveway, pad for your tent, picnic table and fire pit...
each park has its own really GOOD sites, and really plain - jane ones...
rarely will you get an acre of unmolested land...
if you want total privacy do Opeongo with an island to yourself... or go backwoods camping (unregulated - try not to get shot, hard to know what's private property any more these days)...
most of the sites we speak off are established campgrounds...
if you want to go real old school... then you got to pack accordingly and be willing to haul your backpack...
personally... I have no room for the twofour in my backpack, so I'm relegated to canoe or car camping...

went camping at the warsaw caves last year thats was decent
sandbanks is great along with silent lake and bon echo
but if ya wanna do what ever when ever id go to wasaga to sunshine park dont know id its still good though
