well.....if you haven't given her flowers already, it's a nice gesture and i know it's over used, but hey it is your 1 yr. Try to be subtle and find out if she thinks it's more romantic with one flower, or a dozen etc. Dinner is nice....YOU making it is even nicer. Even if you burn everything, it's the thought that counts and she'll appreciate your effort. Then if she's a person that is up for fun after or before dinner, i suggest go karting or painting balling. Good luck!
