i used to be with fido for about 2 years up until a year ago...then i switched to telus, and im much happier with them.
With fido i would NEVER get service inside a building, even on my damn street...i would rarely have full service either. With my Telus i have service 99% of the time
however i was with a pay-n-talk account. I never cancelled it i just switched phones. I got 3 letters in the mail saying my account would be cancelled in 120 days. 120 days later i got another letter offering me 2 for 1 deals on cards...and then a month later got another letter saying my account would be cancelled in 120 days...then they called me, i said i was never in...im assuming they just gave up.
