As for your question, the cc companies have knowledge of paypal policies, so all you do is call and tell them you need the paypal confirmation number and they hook you up. Or just go online and check "Unbilled Transactions" or recent transactions or whatever, and you can see it there next to the $2.50 paypal charge.
