There are two types of drivers that "fly". One of them are those equipped with the proper equipment to drive at speed limit or 10 above
It sucks to drive behind idiots going 20-30 below speed limit on the passing lane... get the out of the way

in slippery icy conditions all it takes is one idiot to drive careless to cause a pile up for everyone else
