curious... how many ppl get the flu shot, how many ppl HAVE done it, how many ppl continue to do it, and who's never had one?

me, never had one, and i don't plan on it.

Yes, I get the flu shot from the family doctor, not a clinic.

I haven had one in years (not since I was very young), and I haven't had the flu in quite a while...I'm sure it helps some people though (elderly, etc)

you gotta remember..the flu shots are a hit/miss..they dont exactly know what strain of the influenza virus will be coming here...so..they create a vaccine for it.. but if u get a different strain..ur out of luck regardless.

and they say you dont get sick from getting a flu shot..thats a bunch of balony... i've gotten it 3-4 times.. and got sick everytime...

"Yea please inject me with a weak virus"

ummm nah i think ill pass ...

my body has been able to fight off colds and things without use of medicine / drugs (well the legal kind) i would rather not have my body exposed to the flu only to have it "protect" me from in it inthe future .... but thats just My Opinion

actually it's a "dead virus"

but neways i haven't gotten it even this yr working @ the hospital, we were all supposed to but because i don't have any direct interaction with patients they didn't make me... they just kept sending me reminders which I ignored.... and nothings come of it...

i've never gotten the flu shot and don't plan on getting one... never had the flu either... wash your hands, and stay away from sick ppl... done... better protection than the flu shot gives you

Only old people with old immune systems get them. Simple as that.

aren't most vaccinations are like that...you probably have those...

my objection with the flu shot is more that its a guess of what strains are going to be popular, that is harder to do...
