i like many have been to formula kartways...it was fun and interesting. its very unfortunate when someone dies so young, but like stated above, what can you do?

seems on CP24 autopsy showed heart stopped before the crash, so nothing really involving kartways....its just unfortunate, although i'm sure they'll be sued by family.

RIP

sued for what by family? I'm sure it says at the track that ppl with heart conditions or generally poor health shouldn't be driving gokarts with their *** 3 inches off the ground, going 80 km/hr

anyways, did the kid know he had heart problems?

My ex co-worker, who died at 33, apparently had a heart attack while he was cycling. Heart attack came, he died then felt down from the bike. Happened just like that.

Turned out that his heart was not normal, that one side of it wasn't born property and I forgot if he knew it or not, but that sort of stopped the blood pumping.

Things happen.

That's really sad. At least he was having fun....i guess. That just shows tho that you never know when your time may come. Perfect example, I knew a guy who was in good Physical shape, healthy, 21 or 22...can't remember now....anyways, he was refereeing a kids hockey game and had a heart attack right there on the ice. No explanation. He just keeled over. It's sad. But it kinda makes you apreciate what you have knowing that you never can tell when your time is up.

wow that's pretty sad....my thoughts and prayers go out to this guys family/friends.

I'm wondering if would have helped had they had access to a defribulator. The story about the paramedics taking it easy is just unbelivable!
