I had all 4 taken out at once, 2 of which were impacted and had to be drilled through the center and removed half at a time. I remember the nitrous oxide, I remember them telling me they're gonna put a needle in my arm and remember waking up half way through and not knowing what the hell was going on. I was a little swollen after but not really in pain. I only took maybe 4 or 5 Tylenol 3's the next few days cuz it didn't hurt too much.

Dentist told me that out of a 4 (4 being the worst), I was a 3.5. I've been putting it off for 16 years. They say the younger, the better off you are. I should have gotten it done back then. I was chicken shyte then and then I had no choice when I started gettiing severe pain.........

I can't wait to get the other side done

I havent had mine out, just because I was told mine are fine for the moment. The way my dentist explained it was that there is some sort of nerve back there and when the roots grow so long they wrap around that nerve, then its a bitch to take out because you actually have to split the tooth. Mine hasn't reached the nerve, and doesn't appear to be causing any harm to the surrounding teeth.

So I havent been able to decide if I should get them taken out, because if its not neccessary, whats the point.

Had all four removed, three were impacted...didn't wait for the pain to start, just took the T3s on schedule, as prescribed--had swelling for several days, then was back to normal almost within a week. Just slept a lot.

I feel sorry for you, going through this now and then again to get the other two done. Rest and lots of blender-made food for now...mmmmmm...

I had mine taken out.. I took one T3 and that was it.. it really wasn't bothering me too much..

nope still got mine at the age of 29, doc said he wanted to pullem years ago, i said nope if they dont bug me there stayn in! havent had any problems with! T3s are pretty good tho, gota take like atleast 3 at a time to get rid of pain i had a crushed cafe muscell 2summers ago and was takeing them by the hand full lol

4 done at once....had the gas and freezing, the gas was cool and i was awake for the whole thing...20 minutes. didnt need pain killers afterwards but i also get fillings done without freezing. glad they are gone, now i dont chew the inside of my cheeks.

took all 4 out at once, was awake through the whole thing and dentist was putting a real good "effort" into ripping them out. It was kinda fun.

I had pain the next day for a bit and was fine 2 or 3 days later with no swelling.

i used to be called a big mouth as a child. oddly enough, my mouth was big enough so they grew right in and i never had to have them removed.

I had 3 taken out and I was not taking pain killers the next day .. I was on solids by the next day in the morning for breakfast
