the only thing cityworkers can do is to actually do some work!!!

its like one or two guys working with 3 - 4 guys watching. theres also always some guy standing around smoking looking at the cars or talking to the cop lol

but hell, thats a government construction job. IMO its a hell of a job and i wish i had it!

you know what they say about TO...

there's winter season... and then there's construction season!!!

my ex was a civil engineer that did studies on the gardiner... she said they have never been able to figure out why it keeps crumbling (gardiner and QEW)... but are resigned to just keep patching it up, until the city comes up with another plan...

*L* Can't commet on the 3 guys standing around... I think though, I'd do a better job... I'd at least have one guy getting the beer, and other pouring it while we supervise the junior of the our transportation crew who actually does the only work...

my tax dollars poured me beer today!!
