I am glad you said that, because I was waiting for someone to say it. And you are right, we have choices. I knew lots of guys and hung with crowds where I knew what they were doing was illegal. I chose to hang with them, but not to run with them.
Everyone has choices on who they want to be around and what they do in life. To blame others to me is lame and a cop out

i have had friends who've gone to jail for assault, kidnapping, attempted murder, blah blah blah (kidnapping wasn't a kid.. someone owed some money)... just cause you go for beers with someone doesn't not mean you have to imitate them.

i'm not going to see the movie either. it just doesn't interest me.
I'm older than 20 years old and I don't think smoking weed and shooting guns makes you cool.

I saw 50 cents movie lastnight and as soon as it was done I had a serious urge to run up into a convinience store and jack the place...so I went out and found a clean weapon and ran up into a hasty market and stuck the place up, they co-operated but for some reason I shot the worker point blank in the face...
