well I don't follow any specific sites for global warming, and I trust you're competent at googling... so there is no sense in me butting in this one... as for the questions...
i just wanna know... there was no ice caps 6000 years ago.... then they developed (ice age) and now they're going away... what makes them think it's our doing and not the natural cycle?
perhaps it's heating up since hell has increased production
what is the single largest contributing factor to global warming? (I'm assuming forest fires in south america and africa). what do we do to control it?
why did Bush refuse to sign the international agreement to lower greenhouse emissions?

Im not sure on this, its from off the top of my head from what I remember reading..
but that agreement stated that that countries that went over the amount of emissions would have to pay an fine for it or they could buy "Tickets" from other countries who used less emissions than required.. they could sell these "Tickets" to other countries..
Bush figured, why do that, we are going to go over our emissions anyway?.. He stated they would have their own program to lower emissions, doubt that.. but you know what I mean.
The program seems a little silly, they are trying to cut emissions but if a country goes over they just pay a fine?? Or countries that go under have tickets they can sell to other countries.. so they are going to use those tickets to create emissions, really not reducing emissions at all then..
thats just my take on why bush didnt sign it (I believe he was going to then backed out)..
If anyone has any articles on this to get it perfectly correct then Id love to see it, but this is what I remember.
