Whats the best mix for muscle mass and weight gain? i know some of you say it works and some say it doesn't but im gonna give it a shot. But i need names of the best stuff. Thanks for the help!!!

it's 100% whey protein, take that religiously with atleast 5-6 big meals a day..then after you have been training for a good month or 2 then cycle on creatine...this mix with a good routine and lifting to failure (high weight low reps) will be very good and key

It all depends on what your going for. Are you skinny and just want to put on some size, muscle, fat?, or are you all ready an alright size and just want to get cut. It all depends, If your skinny and you want to put on weight fast, there's whey protein you can buy that's called massbuilder, it has alot of carbs so you put on weight fast but there's some fat that comes along with it. I had good experiences with that stuff, I gained about 20 pounds over a period of 2 months, mind you I was eating like crazy too. But if you just want to put on some more muscle mass I would try some creatine and just eat right, and cardio, that's all you really need. The creatine that I used was GNC's own brand Pro Performance. It was called Creatine Carbo. It tastes good and each drink has 5mg of creatine monohydrate, so you only take one drink a day. If you over do it then your just pissing out the extra creatine beacuase your body can only hold up to 5mg extra. But yeah, I think it was something like $35 bucks for a container of the mix. You get about 17 drinks out of it. Keep in mind too that you have to drink lot's of water when your using creatine.

those fancy creatine drinks cost alot and jsut have a fancy transport system (dextrose)...just by pure creatine and get some 100 % grape juice (dextrose) and got from there..get 100% whey cause protein builds muslce...for the first while do no cardio what so ever..jsut lift hard and heavy and take the portein..then after a coupel months go on creatine..but you gotta eat alot!! you need to learn alot more about supplements..stick with the pure 100 % whey and creatine

i think my bf is on some fat burner type stuff...or something that speeds up ur metabolism he's been on it b4 and it works. he's trying to get cut again. the stuff will make u very hot though...temperature wise. i think he said ure supposed to have it like 2X per day b4 meals. i dunno...i dont see how it can be safe at all.
