Question:

Currently each club has a different height....the 5 iron is longer than the 9 iron for example
When they say fitted; does that mean all irons are designed so that they are all the same height in proportion to your height? like so you won't find urself bending too much for the shorter irons? ie) 9 iron?

If money is an issue try and buy them off of ebay, they're a lot cheaper than the stores.
I bought my set from golf town but I bought my driver off of ebay brand new which costs me $150 less than in the store.

pretty much yeah. Fitted to your height and stance n stuff.

I know when I get my next set of clubs, i'm getting all custom shafts put on. I cant stand some of the shafts that come with clubs now-a-days.

I love steel shaft irons but graphite for my woods. I got a stiff-flex fujikara on my 460* R7.

What they do is they get you to stand in your position and they measure the distance from your wrist to your feet I believe and then you can choose a grip for your clubs.

They adjust the lie, hieght, angles, stiffness of shaft, grips etc. There are a few different things they take into consideration. They will also tell you if you should play a bladed irons, cavity backs etc. Blades are for more workability (shot shaping) whereas cavity backs provide a larger center of gravity making them easier to hit but way less workable.
fitted clubs also help achieve the trajectory you want whether its a high oval shot or a low half heart shot.

Keep your aliens for a bit if they work alright and save for fitted... probably around a g or so but will make a positive difference in your game.

They fit each club individually!
