ur facked man...love dont last forever, well not being in love atleast...I was in love with her but people change or stay the same or revert back to who they really are...
here is a ongoing love story....I met myself about 23yrs ago...it was january 10th 1982, womens college hospital in Toronto...the day that B.Matthew Bascoe Jr. was born...from that day I have always loved myself...I'm the man and always will be...just look at me!!! 23yrs old, good lookin, straight pimp game, style for miles, a smile that could light up the darkest nights...if I could, I would marry myself, I just love myself that much!!

love does in most cases last forever, you will always love that person...dont mean u have to be with them forever...which is why being in love doesnt always last forever, infact it pretty much never does...I love my ex-gf's dearly, I would never wanna be with them again but I would never want anything bad to happen to them cuz I love them...but I aint in love with them thats for damn sure!!!

no, love is universal...the whole spending your life with somebody is besides love...its compatibility which is the reason why I'm no longer with said girls...compatibility issues, lack of love had nothin to do with it...if we were compatible I would surely marry and/or have kids with one of them or all lol....in order to have somebody and stay in love with them u obviously have to love them firstly and then yall gotta be compaitble and be able to grow with one another and/or be willing to sacrafice yourself in order to make the other happy...its not all based on love.

love is a mindstate, its all pre-programmed into all of us...u love, its natural...there are different levels of love...family love, friend love, signifigant other love among many other in the middle somehwere...now when you are in love with a girl or whatever why is it? because you are attracted to somebody else that is compatible with you at that moment in life and you enjoy each others company and all that **** and at anytime it can change like the winds and fall apart...you dont really feel love, you feel everything else that comes with it, nervousness, horniness, happiness, contentness etc cuz all in all love is human, to be human is to love...So really, u can become unhappy, not be horny for her anymore, not be content with her as your companion and then you "fall out" of what we call love...people complicate it too much but its really simple.
I love most people, there are some that make me feel different than others due to the other factors that I spoke of...and for this reason along with compatibility and time spent together and other actions I could easily "fall in love" but like a coin there are 2 sides and falling out of love is just as easy as fallin in but sometimes can be a lil messy emotionally because all the good feelings are replaced by bad one and nobody likes that ****
I do like to believe that there is somebody special for everybody...so, I'm gonna keep lookin and have fun on my quest...lovin people as I go along with it

Anyways though Love is actually a chemical reaction that makes up the "feelings' you get when you see your lover. Cynikal explained it pretty good though.
Infatuation is similar to love except you dont know it until after (usually) more or less.
IMO Love is a double edged sword. It can be the best thing, or your worst enemy...
