I read a few reveiws saying that a hard bump tents to knock it off..

I dont want to break my vents.. or GPS.. lol

It depends, mine was pretty good for like a yearish. And then one day, one plastic arm that holds it to the vent just broke off.

Horrid idea; destined to fail in use.

Vent rudders were never meant, nor designed to be weight-bearing, and a lightweight GPS nano (with no screen) to work with it would be just another fail.
