Greens+Daily Detox
I know we've had some threads going about colon health, digestive tract and weight loss so this kinda ties some together. I started the Greens+ Daily Detox a month ago, this suppliment apparently assists your body in flushing out toxins and cleaning the ol pooper pipe. I've had a lot of clients use it with positive feedback so I thought I would try it myself. One month in and I've lost 4lbs without changing any eating(may have actually eaten worse than usual) or exercise habits. This month I'm going to take away one fast food meal a week and repalce it with a better choice while continuing with the Greens+. Just thought I would share some personal experience, feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to answer them.

anyone try hoodia?
I dunno I sometimes drink chlorophyl for calcium, and there is a mixture of psyllium, rice polishings, and some other stuff I eat with plain yogurt in the morning...
this was all of course after this treatment... I had to drink a liter of olive oil, lemon juice, and something else... then a bottle of citromeg the next morning. worse part was trying to keep myself from throwing up all that oil before going to sleep... sick!

Does it make you go the washroom more? cause some people in their line of work can't afford to have sudden urges all the time or like 4-5 visits during the day lol

Hoodia is a joke
For starters, most of the products on the market aren't even real
Secondly, when trying to loose weight/shapen up, your strategy shouldn't be to take something like hoodia which makes you not want to eat and therefore eat less in the first place
why dont you just spare yourself the extra change and become annorexic while you're at it

So, what about all these hoodia supplements on the market right now? Do they actually work?
These products claim to contain dried, powdered hoodia. However, Hoodia gordonii is very rare and is protected by national conservation laws in South Africa and Namibia. It can only be collected or grown with a permit.
Moreover, these products are not regulated or inspected. Given the fact there is presently no accepted standard for assessing the quality of hoodia as an ingredient, the quality of these supplements remains largely uncertain. I'm guessing that many don't contain any Hoodia gordonii at all. And even if they do contain hoodia, there are no published clinical trials to establish an optimal dose that is safe and effective.

Try this one...
"The Sea Salt Water Flush -
(Breaks up and purges waste and debris from small intestine and colon, neutralizes toxic bacteria, washes entire digestive tract (hot water goes directly to the small and large intestine) and replenishes electrolytes.
Prepare a full quart of medium hot water and add 1/2 teaspoon
UNIODIZED SEA SALT. Do not use iodized salt it will not work properly. Drink the entire quart mixture within a 10-20 minute period. This will begin to thoroughly wash the entire digestive tract.
Repeat the above procedure every hour for a combined total of 4
consecutive (1 quart) sea salt water flushes.
This is the most important part of the cleanse - the dissolving,
loosening, and purging of encrusted debris from the intestinal (colon) walls. Several eliminations will likely occur after the salt water flushes begin."
Ive tired it before and believe me, some of the stuff that comes out is really gross. Maybe not the best or healthiest way to detox, but it does the job quickly.
